Course Description
This Non-Accredited Child/Young Person at Risk Refresher course is designed for individuals who have completed CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk, or who require a Child Protection awareness program without accreditation. The course covers the latest 2025 legislation, regulations, and reporting requirements, including updates coming into effect in January 2026. It explores recognising all forms of abuse, identifying inappropriate behaviour, and writing formal reports. Participants will strengthen their understanding of duty of care, legal obligations, and reporting procedures to protect children and young people from harm.
Please note: This course also meets the NSW Department of Education Child Protection Refresher Training requirements.
